POLICE CHECK FORMS
Where you live in PEI will determine where you must go to obtain your Criminal Records and Vulnerable Sector Check. Take a copy of this form with you along with a valid photo ID.
- For residents that reside in Souris and surrounding areas, you are to visit the Souris RCMP Detachment located at the corner of Main Street & MacPhee Avenue, with a valid photo ID.
